Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials have reportedly confirmed that one of three teenagers arrested in connection with the tasing, scalding and raping of a Georgia woman is an illegal alien, according to anti-illegal immigration organization The Dustin Inman Society.

Fox 5 Atlanta reports that the alien in question is 19-year-old Josue Ramirez.

Ramirez and an accomplice, 17-year-old Francisco Palencia, were allegedly in their victim’s home when she arrived there. Fox 5 Atlanta states that the pair allegedly proceeded to shock the woman with stun guns “numerous times” before pushing her towards the bedroom of the home.

“She tried to resist them, and walked towards her kids,” the outlet states. “That’s when one of the attackers threw two pots of boiling water on her.”

Subsequently, the other attacker allegedly forced the woman to take off her clothes and proceeded to rape her while his accomplice burglarized the house.

During the whole ordeal, the woman’s youngest child was allegedly in a car seat near the kitchen while her other child had followed her into the bedroom, where they saw their mother being raped.

After the men left through the front door, the woman was reportedly able to call 911.

Investigators discovered her at the home with burns to her neck, shoulder and arm. A jewelry box, school identification and a German Shepherd puppy were taken from her home.

Subsequently, according to Fox 5 Atlanta, police arrested Palencia, Ramirez and an unidentified 15-year-old female.

“They are all facing a number of charges, including rape, aggravated sodomy, kidnapping, home invasion, aggravated battery and cruelty to children,” the outlet reports.

According to Breitbart, citing the Dustin Inman Society, Ramirez – the alien – currently has an ICE detainer on him.

“If he is released from the [Gwinnett] county jail at any time, he will immediately go into federal custody to be deported,” the outlet states.

As reported previously, the U.S. House of Representatives last week passed two landmark bills aimed at clamping down on criminal aliens.

One of the laws was named after San Francisco woman Kate Steinle who, roughly two years ago, was murdered by a serial deportee. That law, if approved by the Senate, will see strict penalties placed on aliens who return to the United States after being deported.

The second law will revoke federal grants from cities that refuse to cooperate with federal immigration authorities.
